ChenCo d.o.o. Sarajevo is a family business founded in 1993 with its headquarters in Sarajevo. In 1994, we opened our first branch based in Oberhausen, Federal Republic of Germany, and at the beginning of 2020, our second branch in Rijeka, the Republic of Croatia.
ChenCo d.o.o. today it employs about 50 workers, starting from highly educated engineering, construction, legal and economic staff to construction workers of various profiles (carpenters, waterproofing.)
In Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Republic of Germany, we are developing and building many years of experience in the construction of all types of waterproofing systems, especially flat roofs, foundations, tunnels and bridges from:
- planning phases,
- design,
- making cost estimates, and
- final execution of works
In the projects we work on, we use products from leading world brands and manufacturers of waterproofing materials such as: bitumen waterproofing (flat roofs, foundations, bridges, viaducts), PVC foils (tunnels, flat roofs, foundations), TPO foils (flat roofs) of polymer cement waterproofing balconies, terraces, toilets), polyurethanes (flat roofs, parking lots, garages), epoxy floors and coatings (foundation layers on bridges-viaducts).
In accordance with this verified quality, we also give a guarantee on our performed works and materials in compliance with all Contractual deadlines.
We would also like to point out that ChenCo d.o.o. among the first in Bosnia and Herzegovina started with the installation of the so-called ¨green roofs¨ – urbanscape, roof gardens that represent extremely high quality finished layers with the function of protection and raising the quality of the roof insulation itself.
They also have the function of returning to nature part of the areas taken away by the construction itself, which is still a tendency of modern and contemporary construction.
Our quality is recognized throughout BiH, the countries of the region and in FR Germany, where we are engaged in many projects, both by private investors and projects of national importance.
